The interior of this property has been completely redesigned to inspire modern and refined prestige. While the divisions remain unchanged, the different spaces have acquired an incomparable character that blends with the existing structure.

The kitchen on the ground floor is ideal for gatherings. The new cabinets maximize storage and purify the lines of the decor. Going from floor to ceiling, the large doors on the main wall conceal the refrigerator, pantry, breakfast nook, small appliances and a built-in microwave. The walnut doors, topped with long black handles, reinforce the minimalism of the place for an uncluttered environment at all times. Two large islands form an ideal surface for preparing meals and entertaining.

The basement now houses a complete living area that could potentially be used in a bigenerational way. A kitchen is fitted there, practical for holding gatherings. With its cherry veneer, it is more discreet, but just as clear thanks to the integrated appliances, floating shelves and large counters. Storage is maximized in anticipation of future needs.
