Delivery
Le Studio Luminaires reserves the right to choose the shipping service, depending on the weight and volume of packages. We offer free shipping in Canada only. Some exceptions may apply. Most orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and some orders are shipped by Le Studio Luminaires depending on the availability of the product in stock. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not present at delivery, some carriers will leave a notice card mentioning where the package can be picked up (closest to you). A delay in business days will be indicated to go pick up your package. Following the expiry of this period, it is returned to us with costs. If we return to you the package, you will have to pay back the return costs to our warehouse as well as the return of the order to your address. If there is an error on your part in the address, postal code, apartment, office etc., the same cost of returning and reshipping will apply. Delivery to a PO Box is not accepted.

 

Delivery time
The standard delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on quantity, item and origin of the product ordered. Delivery times are only estimates. Note that some manufacturers reserve the right to amend or revise a delivery time even after one being initially provided and confirmed. You may expect an accelerated or exceeded one. We will advise you by e-mail of any change in the delivery time. Le Studio Luminaires cannot in any way guarantee the availability of products offered on the site. A tracking number will be provided by e-mail, following the dispatch of goods. This then tells you the status of your order.

 

Return & exchange
Our items sold online are considered a final sale. They cannot be exchanged or refunded. They will be ordered specifically for you and / or they cannot be disassembled once installed. Any return or exchange is subject to an approval process. A 50% return fee of the net amount (before taxes) will apply. The customer must contact us to begin the process of any return. The items and their packaging must be complete and unaltered (in the exact original state). The customer must pay the shipping cost for any return to our warehouse. The customer must contact Le Studio Luminaires (phone or email) to provide the carrier's tracking number and must adequately insure the goods returned as he remains the owner of the items until they are received. Once the warehouse staff confirms that the items are intact (original state), Le Studio Luminaires will issue a refund for the items returned at the price originally paid. All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns, are not refundable.

 

Defective or damaged products
Following receipt of your goods, you have 3 days to contact us to report a damaged or defective product. A defective or damaged product is not an exception to our return policy. Le Studio Luminaires holds no responsibility for any damage that you may experience because of a defective or damaged item. The supplier and / or the Studio Lighting reserves the right to change the defective part: Following your call to service, the replacement part will be shipped free of charge. Unrepairable product: Following your call to service, we will exchange your product once the reception and inspection of your defective item is done in our warehouse. The warranty may vary by manufacturer, normally one year to 5 years. The manufacturer's warranty always applies to products. If the product is defective or damaged, we will send parts or a replacement for the same model only.
